A CIO.com article discusses that maybe what’s keeping some organizations hesitant about the cloud is actually fear of change.  Not budgets, technology issues or strategic worries creating barriers for cloud projects, but fear of change, and the requirements for more cloud education.

A new cloud computing study from TheInfoPro, a division of The 451 Group, found that 52% of 109 medium to large enterprise respondents believed that changes are needed in these attitudes for their cloud plans to achieve real success.

What is your take on this situation?  Do you think some organizations have yet to adopt cloud computing solutions because they fear the change, and new requirements (Ripe)?  Or do you think this perspective is Hype (this isn’t the reason for organizations that are reluctant to jump on the cloud).
