Tablets and smart phones are among the most wanted devices this holiday season. These devices have been flying off of the shelves and will soon end up under the tree. And come the beginning of the New Year all of these new tablets and phones will end up in offices around the country.
Consumer Electronics Association found that more than 75% of adults plan to purchase a consumer electronic product as a gift this year. And during this holiday season around 32 million tablets will be sold, up 110% from last holiday season.
With all of these new tablets and smart phones coming into offices across the country it will be even more important that companies have a BYOD plan put into place. Therefore creating a better BYOD plan could be a good New Year’s Resolution for companies to consider.
