It seems as though BYOD is here to stay. In a recent survey 70% of IT decision makers agreed that BYOD already has or will improve their work processes. And 59% believe that they would be at a competitive disadvantage without BYOD in their companies.

The survey found that companies with a mature BYOD program and especially a user-centric BYOD program had more beneficial and positive outcomes. In fact, 74% of companies with user-centric BYOD strategies claimed to experience improved employee productivity. Companies with mature BYOD policies were also the least likely to experience set-backs.

Do you agree this is ripe and that embracing a BYOD program will be beneficial to companies? Or do you disagree and believe there is no need for companies to embrace BYOD?
