What are you seeing in your company? According to the Robert Half Technology IT Hiring Index and Skills Report, IT leaders expect hiring to increase in the first quarter of 2012. In the last quarter, 20% of CIOs said they plan to expand their IT departments, and 10% expect cutbacks, for a net 10% projected increase in hiring activity.
