Logicalis Recognizes and Honors 4 Extraordinary Women Leaders

Who runs the world? Clearly Logicalis women do! As we get ready to wrap up a challenging year, we’re proud to recognize the achievements made by these outstanding Logicalis executives.

Nancy Saltzman, SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Nancy was recently elected to the Board of Directors of Legal Momentum, the nation’s first and oldest legal defense and education fund for women.

As Logicalis’ Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Nancy provides leadership, strategy, and direction to the company and oversees all legal activities including compliance and regulatory affairs. She is a collaborative business partner and trusted advisor to Logicalis’ senior management and its board of directors.

“In the technology solutions and services industry, engagement is the key to success—tapping into the energy, passion, and insight of intelligent people to innovate and solve customers’ problems,” says Nancy.  “There is an amazing feeling of satisfaction that comes from collaborating with my Logicalis colleagues to identify and address a customer’s most challenging issues and deliver the best solutions for their business.” 

Since 1970, Legal Momentum has championed gender equality in education, the workplace, and the courts. Nancy joins the board—alongside some of the nation’s most influential leaders in gender equality, business, law, and nonprofit leadership—to help guide Legal Momentum’s direction.

Sally Brandtneris, Chief Financial Officer

Sally was recently recognized as one of Phoenix Business Journal’s 2020 Most Admired Leaders. The Most Admired Leader Award honors executives who inspire those around them, hold their employees, products, and services in the highest regard, run their companies with integrity, and are shining examples of how all companies should be run and managed.

As CFO for Logicalis U.S., she maintains sound day-to-day fiscal management and controls, including the executive direction and oversight of finance, accounting, tax, and IT functions, as well as Logicalis’ banking and auditing relationships. She also directs financial strategy, planning and forecasting in concert with CEO Jon Groves and the executive team and leads the organization in making strategic, market-leading investments.

“As the financial leader for Logicalis, I bring my many experiences serving on corporate boards and technology companies to the table to ensure that our business is in the best possible financial shape for the future and our customers’ future,” Sally says. “Those experiences also inform my community involvement as well as my passion for mentoring young women leaders.”

Alison Bartalino, Financial Controller

CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Alison Bartalino to the inaugural Next-Gen Solution Provider Leaders for 2020 list, which includes rising star executives, directors and managers, 40 years of age or younger, who are poised to become tomorrow’s channel leaders.

Since starting with Logicalis in 2018, Alison quickly rose from Accounting Manager to Assistant Controller and, now Financial Controller. She is passionate about managing, motivating, and developing team members to help them gain diverse experience and reach their full potential. She also seeks to embrace change and solve challenges by using technology and innovation to build the future in new and exciting ways.

“I am passionate about accountability and transparency, and about providing continuous training and development with team members to expand their experience and understanding of the bigger picture of our business,” Alison says. “The more our finance team understands about the business, the more we can find more valuable ways to contribute to the success of the company through enhanced reporting, stronger analytics, and quality control.”

Michelle Andreas, VP of Marketing

Finally, CRN also named Michelle Andreas to its 2020 Power 40 Solution Providers list, an elite group of extraordinary individuals selected from the prestigious Women of the Channel list.

Michelle has been a driving force in building and advancing the company’s go-to-market strategy and programs. She has helped hone the company’s vertical marketing focus to align with Logicalis’ brand identity, and her commitment to improving company communications, events and other corporate initiatives has helped support the growth strategy while ensuring synergy with broader company goals.
