CFOs have ordered a 15% cut across the board, and IT leaders find themselves selecting the best option from a list of unpleasant options.

Many IT leaders are using a fully-staffed, state-of-the-art IT department, provided as a managed service (and at a price point midsize companies can afford).

Some say it’s a quick fix for a short-term crisis, and being responsible for IT means  doing everything yourself – on servers in your office, and by staff you can see working.
