According to a recent employment and recruiting consultant survey by Manpower, Inc., the forecast for hiring in Q2 looks promising. They surveyed more than 18,000 employers, and reported that job growth is expected in all 50 states during the second quarter of 2011 and 33 of those states anticipate considerable increases in hiring.
In fact 16% of participants said they expect to increase their staff levels over the next three months.
