Plenty of companies have tried an outsourcing provider that just didn’t work for them.  In this case, some say you should give up and go in-house.  In a recent CIO.com article, they suggest to try another provider.

The argument is that insourcing previously outsourced work can be very expensive, and often complicated, therefore some IT leaders view re-sourcing to a new vendor as a more viable solution to a services contract that has become too costly or ineffective.
