According to a recent study from IBM, 82% of chief marketing officers (CMOs) plan to increase their company’s social media use over the next three to five years.

Surprisingly, more than half of the 1,700 CMOs in 64 countries and 19 industries responding to the IBM survey said their companies are not yet ready to handle social media, and the increase in collaboration with customers.
