Gartner believes that the private cloud will become more and more public with time. Over time public cloud services will continue to mature, improving both security and management. Gartner believes that companies should be prepared to leverage these services.
With the private cloud and the public cloud both maturing Gartner believes that a hybrid cloud will emerge that will expand on the effective capacities of both clouds. And they believe that most organizations will choose the hybrid cloud model for maximum utilization.
