Last month, the Logicalis team attended the ServiceNow Knowlege14 Conference in San Francisco. Our theme was “Bending the Platform”—that is, applying and implementing service management strategies in the ServiceNow platform to meet line-of-business requirements, and taking the processes that have driven efficiency in the IT organization and applying them to enterprise applications and solutions. Our goal with these implementations is to enable IT organizations to be better equipped to support their individual business units and prevent “shadow IT,” which is only growing in prominence within the enterprise.
