In an acquisition that significantly expands our presence and core competencies in several key U.S. markets, Logicalis agreed to acquire MCPc’s Advanced Technology Integration Group (ATIG). MCPc is ranked #72 on the CRN Solution Provider 500 and is on the Crain’s Cleveland Business Fast 50 list as well as a NEO Success Winner. As a highly-respected solution provider, the ATIG division of MCPc provides several IT-consulting and professional-service offerings throughout the Midwest and in select East coast and West coast markets.
Through this acquisition, Logicalis gains an enhanced presence in key several key markets and obtains expanded technical competencies focused on the data center, unified communications, the cloud, infrastructure integration, enterprise networking and collaboration. The acquisition also provides ATIG clients with access to Logicalis’ broader solution set and our global footprint.
Post-acquisition, Logicalis will maintain a close relationship with MCPc’s retained end-user services business. This will enable ATIG customers to gain access to our additional portfolio offerings.
