As the cloud becomes more common, organizations are becoming less worried about using it. They feel more comfortable with using the cloud and are more willing to outsource to a provider. And outsourcing to a provider can assist in lowering costs and providing flexibility.
As people continue to become more comfortable with the cloud, IT Service Management (ITSM) is also becoming more popular. ITSM promotes the creation of a unified process which boosts the quality of an IT organization’s services. It also introduces solutions with the flexibility to accommodate a complex IT environment.
